Dev has been MIA and radio silence for months upon months upon months, finally provides an update and it's literally just him saying the game isn't dead (sure bud) and that he doesn't like social interaction. I understand the risks of buying and playing an early access game, but without an ending to a game where you have to spend literal days of IRL time driving to a goal that doesn't exist, it's pretty unacceptable. Another case of somebody pumping out low tier garbage to make quick cash then leaving their community to rot. And you know what? It's a damn shame, the game mechanics are good, it's a fun, quirky game where you can slap a glass bottle in place of a gas tank and just drive, or throw a bus engine onto a motorcycle and go mach 20 before crashing and burning. But without so much as a "you did it" screen at the end of the road? Not worth the time it takes to reach it.

yes good

beta fixes slow mo lag but it doesn't fix the bullet sponge basic enemies or the fact that they tried to implement parkour in the worst way possible

Drive around for 5 hours to complete 2 heist prep because they made it specifically so the mission you get sends you to the opposite side of the map

This game is not early access, it's pre-alpha, an unfinished mess who's developers are having people pay to test for them. Every single task, from bending down to pick something up, to equipping guns, even aiming down sights, was an arduous nightmare that i don't wish on any person I know, just like every other VR shooter trying desperately to be different from Pavlov VR, they make a convoluted control scheme just to say they didn't copy them. Maybe in a year, if this game survives that long, they'll have fixed all the problems and it'll be at least playable, but when the tutorial has somebody that literally never stops talking so you can think, and no way to disable or turn it down, you've already shown how inept you are at developing a game.

I don't understand why walking in a straight line is the most difficult control to master but other than that and screechy children, its a pretty alright game
