Pentru ca la noi (in Ardeal si Banat) ciorbele in mod traditional nu se acresc cu bors ci cu smantana si/sau lamaie, eventual cu rosii sau cu moare de varza (sau zeama de la alte muraturi), am primit de la Mya sfaturile necesare prepararii unui veritabil bors moldovenesc.
