i dont hate competitive counter strike and think competitive CS is really cool but valve has completely removed any semblance of community in CS2, "competitive" in pre CSGO CS was just another minigame people played along the 120398120381209382109309809123 other game modes that were available and valve is now acting like this is not a invention of the community and is somehow the only reason CS has ever exsisted
cs2 is very very clearly built around only one game mode even if other gamemodes are there
lol

it makes sense to adapt to what the majority of the playerbase wants

and community servers are just completely dead

you can still play pubs
casual isnt going anywhere

dont think ive ever played casual extensively, im talking more about the intense "community server" community that has exsisted in every multiplayer valve game and birthed competitive cs that has been basically gutted since competetive cs is the only thing that exsists to valve now
this is litterally what every midwitt tf2 player thinks is going to happen if more people start playing sixes
and nobody cares because valve has cashed in thier tokens to the most braindead audience on pc gaming
people that love homogenized competitive shooters with no sense of fun or sillyness
