Put about 20 hours in with my friends when we all picked it up about last year. We had fun, messed around, cleared a few things with S ranks, did a few self put challenges and enjoyed it for the time

Now, after the console update? I'm having shots that leave impact wounds on targets, do absolutely nothing. I shot a suicide bomber in the skull with the revolver, watched him drop to his knees and stand back up with a blood splatter across his face. I'm sorry? nothing? Course i shot him again, and died for it. That was the situation that crossed the line for me. I can suffer a few non-reg hits from long range if i don't die for it. whatever. but that sort of thing? Nah.

The performance has TANKED. used to be able to run at a solid 120 fps, decently short loading times. Nothing major that'd mess with it. Now? 2 minute load times to anywhere, including the lobby. Crashed. General frame drops. Camera watched the skybox for a few seconds once before i died.

I don't know what happened, but seriously. I just, can't, anymore.

In a nutshell, yes the gameplay is high quality. it is not fast paced, but from my experience it feels fine. the primary issue is with the servers not functioning on launch out of my few hours of playing i would say a half was just trying to match make and either getting 'failed to matchmake' (great work out there) or it simply booting me out of matchmaking without a word. getting past that, if you can mentally keep it together long enough to keep pressing the button till it works, the game is a fun mecha combat pvp gacha that is based in the UC gundam timeline.

As someone who enjoys traditional RPGs and on the occasion certain card games, i cannot say this was something i would play due to the fact it is simply just gwent but with a story. i may not have played it long, but i did encounter the first fight and frankly i was never a fan of gwent during the witcher series of games, i would actively avoid it if i could. i was excited to see something more akin to a card based battlefield rather than just more of the same. whilst i would not suggest it for anyone who is not a big fan of gwent, the opposite is true if you are a fan.

Whilst EBFC is an amazing collection of childhood memories, there is one thing to be said about it. not all the sound tracks are the same, as well as certain things have been changed. yes this is livable, although slightly disapointing, it is easy to look past and enjoy it all as if you were playing a fresh new version of the games. I for one am glad that they are out to be played once again, and to be fair the new soundtrack is quite good as always.

absolutely enjoyed 20XX, and 30XX is no different. cant wait to see where it goes and what development looks like in the future
