Early Access Review
It's a factory game. I know you addicts out there need no more info to be sold on it. It good. You buy.

If you're not an addict and want to know more, Dyson Sphere Program factory game with a mix of traditional factorio stuff, simplified/streamlined you see in Satisfactory, with some interstellar logistics and power generation on top. Not as ugly as factorio (sorry babe still love you) but not as pretty as satisfactory. It's 3D and you can use verticality in your logistics but it doesn't get as vertical as Satisfactory. The research tree is bigger than Satisfactory but smaller than factorio. I know I'm comparing it to those two games a lot but those are what I consider to be the 2 pillars in automation games and I'm guessing if you're looking at Dyson Sphere, you've played one or both of those.

Factory games usually leave me with an urge to replay one of those 2 games, but not Dyson Sphere. It has elements of the best automation games out there, while also having its own personality and take on the genre. With the more futuristic feel and added logistics of ships going between planets it really scratches its own itch. It's really high quality and really easy to pick up. Tutorials are helpful, the user experience is pretty great, and the difficulty curve of the game is pretty easy going. There's really almost nothing negative I can say about it. The devs care a lot and content updates are consistent and meaty (they're adding combat soon). This is not even to mention the cool community stuff they have like designing power armor and a giant galaxy map showing the star systems with the highest power generation. There is a ton of depth if you wanna get really really nerdy and generate insane numbers, but you can also just play it like a regular factory game where your goal is to just complete the tech tree.

This game is addicting and stimulating its own special way, so much so I would consider it to be the third pillar of automation games. If you're into to factory games at all I think this is a must play.

Love this game. As far as indie titles go, IXION is crazy high quality. Great direction, polished UI, crisp sound design, incredible soundtrack, beautiful illustrations, everything looks and sounds great. Feels like it could be a AAA game if AAA publishers made space station management games.

I'm a bit of fiend for management games so this game was already my cup of tea, but if you don't like managing things, collecting and moving resources, putting out fires (figurative and literal), you probably wont like this game. There's a pretty compelling, if sparse story and interesting little pockets of sci-fi stories on a lot of the planets you visit but the main event is managing everything mentioned above.

It's pretty meaty so if you are in the market for a game that you can spend a good amount of time in, this is a good one for that. There are moments of frustration as there are in any difficult game but the satisfaction comes from resolving those moments using your big ole brain.

I adore Bulwark studios, IXION and Mechanicus prove they are a game dev team that makes products at a higher quality than 99% of what's out there. If you want to try something new and discover a new game studio to look out for in the future, that's another good reason to pick this up.

Not really sure why people are so upset about balancing, nevertheless, I'm having a great time playing Isaac again. The new content is challenging and adds lots of new wacky tear interactions that make for some wild runs. The new levels look excellent and there's lots of new enemies and items and things to learn.

In my opinion it has everything you would want out of an Isaac expansion. Definitely worth the money. Thanks Edmund for the hard work :)

I would recommend this game if you want something casual and turn-based. If you like Slay the Spire or Legend of Bumbo, you'll probably like this game too. For the price you can't really go wrong here and I definitely think you'll get your money's worth out it.

Even though I've only played like 3 hours at this point, I can tell this game has so much going for it. It's strategic enough to where you use your brain a little bit and feel satisfied when you make a good combo, but not so complicated it hurts your brain to play. There are a good number of characters which require varying amounts of brain power which makes for enough variety to keep you playing for a while. The 3 hours I've spent are just giving each character one try so I can imagine experimenting and finding a favorite would give me a lot more hours of entertainment. Plus the art is charming, cute, and super well-executed.

If RNG is something that is going to piss you off easily maybe you don't want to play it, but if RNG pisses you off you're probably not looking to play a card game roguelite.

Overall, this game is high quality, charming, and addicting. getit

One of the most unique and enthralling worlds in a game. Disgusting monsters, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up backstory, intense memorable music, and a bad-ass cast of characters. Difficult, addicting, satisfying, tactical, rewarding.

Anyone who loves lovecraftian horror, squad based tactics, or difficult games should try this game.

The hours you get out of the base game are enough already but the mod scene makes it that much more replayable.

Can't wait for DD 2.
