I was looking forward to this game for some time and it certainly didn't dissapoint. That being said it still has some minor drawbacks, but I'll start with its pros.
Pros
- V3 has the best gameplay in the franchise, without a doubt. Daily life sections are interesting and the trials are amazing. There are also some new minigames that make the game more varied and engaging (Scrum debate and mind mine).
- The cast. Each character is well written and they are all memorable. There are no 'meh' characters, you either like or dislike them. In addition to that, the talents play a bigger role and they are displayed more often.
- The plot. It's as crazy and mindblowing as in other games of the franchise. Although I think they could have implemented the fake Gofer project better. It is a major plotpoint in chapter 5, but in chapter 6 it is barely mentioned and then just forgotten.
- The music. It is extremely good and fitting. Masafumi Takada did a great job, just as expected.
- The length. I completed V3 in 40 hours, which I believe is quite a lot for a visual novel. Moreover, apart from the main game there are several minigames, that unlock after finishing the main plot. All in all it took me 135 hours to get all achievements.
- The visuals. I really like the psycho-cool atmosphere in this game, it's gorgeous. UI is also very stylish, especially in trials, where many additional visual effects help to convey the emotions of characters, for example magic circles when Himiko is speaking.
- English voice actors. I didn't mind that the localization team reused the actors from the previous games. Some of them are a lot better in V3, like Derek Stephen Prince as Kokichi Oma. Derek Stephen Prince was already very good as Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu in Danganronpa 2.

Cons
- The game can be a bit predictable at times. You can predict the victims in some of the cases (I expected the deaths of Angie and Miu because of the way they behaved . The game clearly highlighted their actions before their deaths in their respective chapters). I didn't think for a second that Korekiyo only killed Tenko. The real victim in the fifth chapter is rather obvious because of the last truth bullet the game gives out.
- Some minigames in trials are unnecessary or pointless. Thankfully, only few minigame outcomes can be provided as examples. Like in chapter 3 Scrum Debate. The cast agrees that Korekiyo may not have killed Angie just for Shuichi to later prove that Korekiyo indeed killed both Tenko and Angie.

There are also some aspects of the game that I'm still in two minds about:
- One of the twists in Chapter 1, namely the protagonist switch. I was looking forward to playing as a female character in a main game. To be fair, the game handles that twist rather well. My main problem is that I didn't like Shuichi as a character ( Though I like him as a protagonist, still not so much as Hajime). There is also the fact that the protagonist switch and Shuichi's role as a "weak" detective tie in with the game's themes of truth and lies.
- The ending. At first, I also felt that it was bad but with time I came to the conclusion that it also ties in with the game's themes. There are so many theories regarding Tsumugi's words and even her own role as the mastermind in the kiiling game. The message of the ending is rather ambiguous as well and it's unknown what will happen to the franchise after that. Personally, I hope we will get some answers in future games, if the developers decide to make them.

All in all, Danganronpa V3 is one of the best games of 2017 in my opinion. The minor issues that I have with this game didn't make it less entertaining, especially since I was slightly spoiled ( I knew one of the victims and one of the killers)

Очень полезный обзор, хоть я и не знаю английского, но написано очень понятно и доходчиво, а читать белым по черному отдельное удовольствие!
В общем спасибо, после прочтения решил купить игру!
