Short, with no save points. The story compels you to continue playing even though everything else is rather lackluster. While the emptiness of the island and the weather invokes a good atmosphere for the story, it just felt woefully lacking.

A short, but complex puzzler. I definitely enjoyed the challenge and depth of each puzzle. I wish the game were longer, or finished on the story arc it started. This was originally a mobile game and converted for PC with better graphics. I believe there are sequels on mobile. Fingers crossed that they will get the same treatment. The story unfolds slowly, through hidden slips of paper and the complexity of the machine puzzles you are unraveling. This is not a game where you are trapped in a Room trying to escape, but more like someone has pointed you to a table with an alchemical puzzle box and left you alone to figure it out for yourself. Camera effects are minimal, and usually transitional between puzzles. The audio is also haunting and beautiful.

A charming turn-based rpg with well executed storyline, combat, and graphics.

One of my all time favorite games. I played 51 hours the first time I purchased it. I've played it across multiple platforms (Steam, 360, iPhone, etc.). It never fails to keep me highly entertained. I look forward to the sequels.
