Honestly a wonderful little game
My only complaints are that at times the soundtrack is not fitting in the least and the game's graphical fidelity feels out of place with what it is.
Other than that it's cute, short, and simple. Well worth the 2.99 and while you wont be getting your dollar per hour out of it it's well worth it.
The ending is what really sold me.

My grandpa smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mom said to him, "If you ever want to see your grandson graduate, you have to stop immediately.". Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mom said to me- "Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your grandpa put us through." I agreed. At 26, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because your gameplay gave me cancer anyway.
