Game crashed twice and froze once before I got to the lobby and once I got to the lobby after waiting for a 5 minute countdown, our lobby was cancelled and I received a notification that "there are not enough suitable players". In contrast to DBD only needing 5 players overall, this game requires 8 (4 survivors and 3 killers), and the countdown for the match doesn't even automatically start if every slot is filled; players have to actively READY their characters, which doesn't work well if someone is afk and ends up booting everyone due to not readying and the lobby not being allowed to start playing.

Solid design fundamentals for a survival game but marred with bugs, exploits, and poor balancing. Otherwise a great game to play in groups, great peaks with only few valleys of grind.

A remarkably well told story mixed softly into a unique and unforgettable aesthetic -not to mention the outstanding soundtrack- leave a unassumingly powerful impression. Few developers have the foresight to arrange a continuing narrative without breaking gameplay and distorting immersion; Transistor is a prime example of a game utilizing nearly every aspect of itself (from music to ability descriptions) in maintaining the feel and the flow. And goodness, the feel and the flow were strong in Transistor.

Artistically brilliant. A chilling mix of the childish enjoyment of adventure with the frightening fancy of the underworld. Challenging, exciting, LIMBO.
