Devil May Cry 2 is art, do not skip it. Please. Play both campaigns. You will experience the most awe-inspiring consistently bad game you've ever played. You can beat it with your feet. I tried, but my feet began to hurt.

Devil May Cry 3 is good for the first half, then the later half throws really really bad enemies at you. Actually, there is a greater number of ♥♥♥♥ enemies in DMC 3 than there are good ones. Best combat ive ever experienced but the later half killed my soul a bit because of how awful I thought it was. I still love it though.
