Can't recommend, can't even say "oh the devs will do their best to fix the issues" because to fix the issues they would have to completely rework the gameplay.
Firstly the MoW2 feels like free to play game, the UI, menus everything looks like made for free to play game.
then we have the gameplay, long before the game even released in closed and open betas people were complaining about things like tank HP, nonsense UI and mayn more things. nothing was changed for release. to explain tank HP is probably perfect example of what makes the gameplay bad. MoW was always considered the more realistic brother of Company of Heroes. but with this game, it feels like partial copy of Company of Heroes. it has no charm or enjoyment of for exaple Assault Squad 2.
for the single player it's just booring. with name like MoW II I was expecting campaign at least as good as original MoW or MoW red tide. intead we got pretty lazy and booring campaign with not much to offer.
Graphics are bad, the game feels solid 6 years behind.
The AI bad as well, troops getting stuck, horrrible path finding and they feel extremely basic.
Oh and fan fact this was originally meant to be free to play. before MoW II there was MoW Arena. Which was cancelled and huge chunks of Arena were used for MoW II and it'S noticable

everything in this game screems ir's made my amaters, the dabbing, the writting, gunplay, maps.... BUT it just feels right, the game is so incredibly enjoyable, it's another FPS yet it feels so different and special in compare to the standart AAA FPS games

do you like designing tanks? then YES buy this

if you can run it is's a blast

hack and slash is not my kind of games.... but damm this.... this goes to my top 5 games. I love it everythink is so much fun and badass.
