AMD Ryzen 3900x, Radeon 6800xt. Crashes every few minutes. The original game runs fine.
Just play that one.

Why'd you rush this out in this state, CDPR?
There's a great game hiding under the bugs, inventory, and controls mess.
I'm going to let this one simmer before trying another taste.

Edit 12/20/20: Patch 1.0.5 fixed a whole bunch of things. At least I can look in the mirror now. Looks like they're on the right road. Changed to thumbs up.

It's got a great sense of style between the dark rainy grimy tech-riddled city, the low res graphics, and the bit music. Gives me some VA-11 Hall-A vibes with the humor and a lot of the wonderful but aged Blade Runner point and click game in function. Super fun, looking forward to playing more.

Good game but I prefer Civ V

There have been many changes and perhaps it's unfair to compare the content to what's available in Civ V, but the comparison must be made because there's not much else in the genre (that I'm aware of) for alternate history-marching TBS. The amount of options, game modes, leaders, and play styles seem so much more diverse for the older game that there isn't much of a reason to play the new thing with different (better? arguable...not into the cartoonish aesthetic) graphics and updated tech.

There also seems to be a much more aggressive curve for barbarians and other leaders. It just doesn't seem viable to play a non-militaristic build at decent difficulty levels. The method of obtaining peaceful victory conditions seem to involve putting the opposition on an island and hampering their development with force while you build your culture or space program. Lastly the binary AI for leaders (hey I like this, I don't like that, immediate denouncement) leads to stale situations where you don't have much of a choice how to proceed while keeping the peace.

I don't know if the answer is balance, wait for more content, just play steamroller builds, or what it is. I just think V is a better game. Thanks for reading.

Dark story, unapologetically rampaging hero, good mechanics, decent stealth system...although that's not the most fun way to play as BJ...and some sprinkling of dark comedy. It took me a while to get to this game but I'm glad I did. Looking forward to getting into The New Colossus.

Dragon Age tactics, Diablo loot, Baldur's Gate team strategy, Witcher writing and story.

This thing is damn near perfect.

It's another Telltale, take the good with the rest. I love these games (especially Borderlands!). It's quite a bit shorter than TWD, Wolf Among Us, or Game of Thrones, and there's plenty of room for more Batman lore characters. It's worth a buy on discount; hopefully the inevitable season two will be a longer story featuring more of the characters Batman fans care about.

Beautiful game with a beautiful ending.

Pure exploration, a bit of light environmental puzzle solving, and some gamey navigation sequences. All that stuff is good and decent fun. But when this game takes a turn at the "wait for it" moment it's something else entirely. Goose bumps, big dumb smile, the whole thing.

Highly recommended.

And again for the steam awards.

1/10 - Disgusting
I don't know how garbage like this gets made. Rip off a beautiful and iconic game franchise (Bioshock), plug it into an awful hidden object game, and rake in tens of dollars.

It's my fault for buying whatever bundle this came in and actually playing it. It's Steam's fault for not having the curation in place to prevent this plagiarism from appearing in the store.
