The story is fine, the main character and a few of the date-able companions and side characters are likeable but there are better visual novels with much better stories out there, and even better gay media in the same or similar format if that's the reason you're playing.

There is no good reason for all the sexual assault, it doesn't add to the plot in any way and would not affect the plot by removing it. Shock value is a bad substitute for good writing.
Disturbing themes can be explored without the poor protagonist getting his junk unavoidably manhandled all the time.
