Even if this costs money now, there's no better VR player to view content like in this one. The ability to position the movie by holding the trigger should be a standard in VR apps. Angles do be changing sometimes in certain kinds of content , and I rather just stay sitting down facing forward, without breaking my neck.

Well I see nothing wrong with the game, and it plays perfectly fine too. I've encountered 0 graphical issues or other bugs. I've never played the original though, so I guess people are just too nostalgic for the retro game look it used to have. The bloom is just there to have some "future graphics technologies" in an old game. I personally don't think it's overblown.

That being said, to me it does play like an in-between of Sonic Generations and Sonic Heroes (and it is), which reminds me, why won't you remaster or publish Sonic Heroes on Steam Sega?! The PC port already exists, and I own a legit disk copy of it! That's literally one of the greatest Sonic games of all time. And if you're gonna debate which game is buggier, oh boy do I have a lot to show you in Sonic Heroes...

Sonic is finally cool again! As a fan of the franchise, I love the positive reception this game has been getting. Game is very solid in this era of buggy releases, though in this game, pop-in of assets is probably the biggest issue, but it's easily ignored. Deluxe is not necessary at all, it'll let you skip some of the grind early on.

Excellent DLC with fun new mechanics, that take a moment to get used to. Gives me hope for Ghostrunner 2 to be even better. I have to say though, the playtime is quite short, I hope they'll add a hardcore mode for Hel's story as well.

Shiva/10 DLC. Forget about powerslide-poweslide masochism, get all the new skill for Shiva in Survival and you'll become supersayan. Especially if you pick up all the elemental special and blitz powerups.

Amazing game that scratches the itch that CP2077 left behind. Highly recommend for hours of challenge and fun :)

I played over a 100 hours on the first month of the launch. It was a chaotic mess, but somehow ever since the Edgerunners anime came out, and their revised skill tree among several other overhauls the game has become a success and one of the best RPGs in futuristic setting!

However, does the game still has jank? Yes. Bugs? Yup, and they still occur, even some of the craziest ones. But most of the issues encountered these days are extremely mild and harmless.

I've played through the game twice, at launch as a netrunner ninja, and my second run for the current version, an attempt to make a "terminator" build. However despite the game giving you lots of customization to your playstyle and weaponry, it's not exactly enough to do fully realize my vision of a terminator build sadly.

Nevertheless, as someone who was extremely unhappy with the state of the game at launch, and who left a very angry negative review, I'm pleased to say that the game is now highly enjoyable in 2024 and beyond :)

Great game, enjoyed every moment. Don't use mods, immerse yourself in the dire situation of the Death Stranding universe, the game's a slow burner.
For the record I was one of these people who, when Death Stranding initially launched on PS4, I was watching all sorts of reviews, gameplay and livestreams, and felt like the game was boring and I even fell asleep during one of the streams. When it launched on PC I wanted to give it a chance, and would you know, the experience is completely different when you have your own hands on the wheel.
