People normally don’t realize it but bottoms actually do define the rules of engagement more than the top does. Not just powerbottoms. In a healthy relationship where there is a top or a bottom, the top can only take what the bottom is willing to give up. Even if the bottom is willing to give up everything, that can only be rescinded at the bottom’s discretion. The top cannot just take because that’s illegal. Topping is the submissive role.
