Virtual Cottage is not my cup of coffee but I can see why many people savor it. I found it to be more of a focus tool with lots of potential and steam achievements than a game. Having said that, I had a bit of trouble getting the achievements to track, I feel other focus tools I have used in the past offer more to help with focus, and can replicate what this offers using a timer, a a music playlist, and various decorations throughout my living space. Having said all of this I will confess I am eager to eventually play the games in the DU&I Bundle; which I purchased after having seen the potential this had.

I found The Plan was a short but interesting free-to-play adventure that might best be enjoyed by those into philosophy, psychedelic drugs, or both. I can't really say anything about the game itself without spoiling it. If you came here for the Steam Achievement you may wind up spending more time troubleshooting why you're having trouble unlocking the achievement than you spend playing the game. I enjoyed the atmosphere, sounds, and visuals of the game.

I found Devolverland Expo to be a fun, creative, and inspired free-to-play adventure and I would enjoy seeing similar works from other developers and publishers. You play as super-fan that has broken into a convention center to tour the attractions after the convention that was supposed to take place was mysteriously canceled. You find equipment, deal with guards, see attractions for upcoming games, and gather collectibles throughout your time playing the game. At the cost of nothing you can't go wrong giving the game a try. I'd recommend it for people looking for a bit of nostalgia, a quick time-burner, or easy steam achievements,

I found A Date in the Park to be a fun free-to-play point-and-click experience with game-play elements of horror, mystery, romance, surprise, and suspense along with real-world tie-ins that really made playing this a memorable experience. You play as a man who has just moved to Lisbon, Portugal, and find yourself struggling to adjust to your new location due to not understanding Portuguese. You find yourself asked to a date to Tapada das Necessidades, which is a real-world park, and point-and-click your way though the park to complete the game. I had a fantastic time with this, although will note that for some reason they decided to place the inventory at the top of the screen and spent longer than I would have liked trying to figure that out. After beating the game I looked up real-world images of Tapada das Necessidades with Bing and had a blast. If you really like this game consider buying the Collector's Edition of A Date in the Park that comes with notes from the developers detailing the creation process, the photographs they used to make the game, two music tracks, and bonus game(all of which is accessed from your steam folders) either as a stand-alone product or as part of the Cloak and Dagger Games Collection. I couldn't ask anything more from a free game.

There isn't a lot to say about 404Sight. It is a parkour-platformer with themes of net neutrality at the cost of nothing that can be finished within 1 hour, 30 minutes. The parkour-platforming game elements are on par with more expensive titles I've played in the past. The themes of net neutrality are showcased in a creative way, even if they lacked depth/could have used more depth to showcase them. The fact the is both short and free-to-play means it is, at bare minimum, worth giving a try if you are looking for a quick time-burner or some easy achievements; and those are the sorts of people I would recommend this game for.
