The National Office of Security Enforcement is a federal executive department of the United States government. It is based on the United States Department of Homeland Security. It plays a major role in Grand Theft Auto IV and its episodes.

The National Office of Security Enforcement is divided into two known agencies:

Patriotism and Immigration Authority - Immigration control.
Tactical Response Unit - Heavy-duty armed response.
