i bought this game like 3 days ago and so far have 39 hrs. absolutely amazing game. like other comments say, super chill, not punishing or challenging, but for peak efficiency itll require some brain power and can be a fun puzzle to solve, or you can use blueprints.

Absolutely amazing experience. About all I can say for this game. I came into it skeptical but have really enjoyed it. Brings some sort of realism to what space exploration may look like in a thousand years, and makes it fun!

So honest review. I've literally had ZERO fps and crash problems with this game. I'm like 4 hours in and absolutely love it. Don't let the FPS and crash problems deter you from getting this game in the future, the problems are likely driver issues or if they are game side, they will be fixed. But like I said, I have zero issues running it and I only have a GTX 750.

Sure the game itself is good, but the backend of all of it seems terrible. Even in low settings, I lag. I have an $800 computer that should have no problem running this game. I understand this is the beta, but still. Shouldn't be this bad.

Okay, so I feel very opinionated about this game. I love and hate it at the same time. So here are 3 pros/cons. Just my opinion though.

Here are the pros:

1 - VERY Addicting
2 - Very expansive... Lots to do. Lots of things to build.
3 - Fun. Okay I know addicting and fun normally come together, but I had to say it. I've had lots of fun losing this game.

Okay, cons time :

1 - Hard to play. Even on easy difficulty I have problems playing the game with ease.
2 - Needs more "stuff". I'd love to see more stuff added. Things that will make the worker happy. Eg - Rec rooms. Cafes.
3 - The tutorials really didn't tell me how to make a successful program. Its a trial and error kind of thing. Which I don't really like.

Okay, time for you to decide whether or not to buy this game. I gave a thumbs up as it's in Alpha still :)

It is VERY laggy. But that is expected, its early access.

At the times its not laggy, its incredibly fun. My guild built a trebuchet and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up another guilds base. After we bombed it. Made me very rich. Much happy.

I have been playing for about 6 months now competively and it is extremely fun. When you have a good group of friends that is!


Beware of the hackers. They come and go more often than I'd like.

Don't solo queue when doing your "placement" matches to get ranked. It's bad for your health.

This game would be worth if it costed $60. Luckily for some, it does not.

DON'T PLAY WITHOUT FRIENDS

But, if you must, play on a PvE only server. People with fully automatic wepons will find you and will kill you.

Even after that, I'd suggest having a group to play with. Just like every game.

It's a well made game for being in Alpha. Can't wait to see where it goes!

It is a great change from the normal "tower defense" games I have played for YEARS on my phone/Ipod. This game not only lets you play co-op, but you get to send troops back against the enemy! I really do enjoy playing it so far, and will continue playing it for a long time. If you'd like to play with me, feel free to add me as well! :)
