I really do like this game, I just don't think it's the right fit for a lot of people and there's also just a lot of glaring issues with the game itself

Positives:

+ Extremely relaxing game, not much to worry about, just fish.

+ Quite aesthetically pleasing, the visuals are quite charming, clearly trying to take inspiration from older games but the mix with a more "modern" art style creates a very unique and nice look

+ Music is nice, sets the tone pretty well

+ Fishing mechanic is engaging but also pretty simple

+ It can be fun and silly frequently, some of the text that appears for catching certain fish can be pretty funny, and it's always entertaining fishing up unrealistically massive creatures

+ Pretty easy to mod, helps a lot for adding accessibility options

+ Nice customization choices, little drawing tools, and other fun side things aside from the fishing

+ Playing this game with a friend may turn you both into philosophers of a modern age, and the world may never know

Negatives:

- You have to MOD accessibility options into the game that should be available in the base settings, particularly for people with disabilities and hand issues that find the mouse mashing sections while fishing quite painful

- While the game is extremely relaxing, some may find it's TOO relaxing, this really isn't a game made for the average person in that it isn't super gameplay heavy, personally I don't mind this, but I know it's an issue for quite a few people

- Really odd game design choices. Particularly with keybind stuff, this is another accessibility thing, especially for those who are left handed (left hand on mouse) who use "i,j,k,l" as their main movement keys, there is a FORCED BIND "kiss" key which is binded at K. It's extremely odd to have keybind options in the menu but have so many of them be unchangeable

- I haven't experienced this (yet) but apparently the game is extremely unoptimized for multiplayer, most commonly with servers exceeding 2 players, this could be a coding issue or a server issue, but either way it's still something to note

- This game has really weird additions cosmetic-wise, this isn't a complain about "woke" stuff either, there's just several barely disguised fetish related cosmetics, with some examples being the "Soggy Doggy" and "Musky" title. There's also a hat that says "I <3 Peeing" which is kind of odd. This all just feels REALLY strange to include in a funny little fishing game

- Only two animal choices, dog or cat, this is probably just due to how recent the game came out, but overall the cosmetics are a bit limited in variety

Again, I quite enjoy Webfishing personally, but theres still a lot issues that need to be acknowledged
