Sprawl knows exactly how long it needs to tell its story and let you hone it's mechanics. It know's exactly what to throw at you and when to throw more. It pushes you to stay on your toes and change up your play-style; there isn't a one fix for everything. It's bullet time mechanic is some of the best I've seen in an FPS adding an extra layer of complexity rather than simplifying it. You will use everything at your disposal in order to climb the spire. You must get there at any cost. Fight for freedom.

It has been a LOOOONG time since I've felt such childlike wonder within a game. This took me back to SM64 and BK levels of wonder. No map, no rules. The game has visible/tangible progression absolutely but also encourages you to play at your own pace. This is furthered by the movement and combat abilities given to the player, letting you simply play it as a metroidvania, conquering obstacles when they can be overcome OR getting to areas you wouldn't be able to with only a limited set of abilities. You can grow your arsenal when push comes to shove. BUT FAROUT MATE the limit to what you can do with the given skill set is only bound by the limits of your imagination!!

Now I've finished the game without a few core abilities... welp.

Better than DS : Remastered , Just get DS Fix . Plus it looks the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ same cos apparentley a remaster is " Yo Miyasaki bump that ♥♥♥♥ to 60fps and J I Z Z on the screen so players still worship it. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Praise the Sun amirite
