My only real problem with this game is that the RIOT police don't come with any guns, only battons/Shields.

Luckily, there's a mod which gives the RIOT police UZI's.

I played as communist france, a bit like in the dev livestream.

Only I managed to go ahead and invade the Soviet Union.

As communist France.

Buy this game.

The best part is that you only need to help, at most, 3 settlements.

Run. Run while you can. Run while you havn't got this game. Never stop running.

Run.

I completed this game is about 2-3 hours.

I have a few more than 2-3 hours.

I like it.

Soooo, this is my first "Proper" Review, so let's get some kind of system going:

Also, note that im bad at spelling, so don't expect it to be good. These review's, in which i plan to do more, are mean't to be quick so don't expect some massive amount of information.

So, let's get started:

So, what is this game? this is an RTS based in the time era of 1700-1799, focused on the combat system of unit's, usually containing about 120 men, then lining them up to fire, reload, and fire again. and although this sound's dull, it is actually a great system. This is mainly due to the fact that you can do some very intelligent thing's involving cavalary, using real life tactics to win battle's, such as flanking attack's with some light cav to divert their attention.
There is also a grand campain option, in which you lead your country through the time period, with the options of building unit's, building's to allow the building of said units and help the economy. There is also a diplomatic system to allow alliances, trading and war. The battle's work by moving armies across the map, then going down into a standard battle. There is also the feature of naval battles, in which you must use the wind and naval positions to your advantage

so, let's go through the pro's and con's:

Pro's:
Great battle's which require a good amount of thinking, and immerse you in the great looking combat.
Good match-making and battle options, which allow you to change options such as map, weather, time period and such.
Good grand campain, allowing you to make an empire in your vission.

Con's:
High learning curve, requiring a good few hours to get to grip's with.
Linear grand campain, although it allows freedom, it doesn't include the whole world. Also, a lack of countries to choose from makes it even more linear.

Overall, if you like RTS Game's with a good amount of planning and thinking involved, i would rally recommend this game!
