Children of Silentown is boring and uninteresting with excruciating puzzles, especially the cogwheel ones which makes no sense. I thought the game was cute at first but I started losing interest in chapter 2 already. The puzzles pop up all the time and add nothing of value to the game. They're just in the way and kills your motivation more and more the further you get. Even after completing the game after 20+ cogwheel puzzles, I still can't see any connection with cogwheels and sewing with the story.

All characters express themselves in the same way and there's no creativity behind the dialogue, it's just words and sentences. And Lucy's songs get on your nerves. There's also only one song that play in repeat which get old really fast.

Children of Silentown is a tedious and highly overrated point 'n click game that tries to be deep. The ending is so rushed. All that "build up" for pretty much nothing. I guess I got the good ending, but I don't know.

I loved the first Oxenfree but it's a long time since I played it so my memory is a bit blurry which makes it hard for me to say if the second installment is as good. I found Oxenfree II to be a really good, cozy supernatural adventure with great dialogue and awesome voice acting.

I loved STASIS and CAYNE so I was expecting this one to be as good, especially since the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. Sorry, but no. STASIS: BONE TOTEM is an overwhelmingly tedious game. It's too dark and too long. There's no brightness setting so you're unfortunately 90 % blind navigating through the environments. I got constantly confused trying to find my way back and forth. Yes, I could have changed the settings on my screen but I didn't want to have to that every time I was gonna play the game. Maybe I'm lazy, but brightness settings in games are usually standard.

As I mentioned, this game is too long. Even though the story was good, I lost interest in it after some hours. Controlling three characters didn't work in this game, it made the experience confusing. Swapping between them and swapping items in their inventories all the time to see who could use them on what and keeping track of each ones task eventually just made everything into a boring and annoying chore. I have to admit I'm pretty bad at solving puzzles, especially in point and click games, but the irritating multiple character thing made me turn to a walkthrough a lot. The puzzle solutions were often confusing too since it was hard knowing which documents were relevant and which were just random "decoration". But as I said, I'm not super smart when it comes to puzzle solving so maybe my negative experience of them here is because of my brain. Or maybe the logic in these kind of games is always far fetched and ridiculous.

I didn't like the characters at all. Mediocre voice acting and they were all irritating and uninteresting with zero personalities. While everyone seems to love Moses I really HATED him. Not does Moses only have a very irritating English accent and an annoyingly slow and calm monotone voice, he speaks of himself in third person and is supposed to say "funny and cute" things like "Moses is a very smart bear" everytime he makes progress or "language, Mac" when Mac curses. Moses appearance is also very weird and depressing. He looks like a retarded cave man, not a (smart) bear which he's supposed to be. I can't really describe what's so depressing about his looks, but you Swedes who read this and remember Skrotnisse will get an idea.

I also wished there was some kind of a quest log to hint what each character are supposed to do if you get stuck and have no idea how to progress. Or if you simply don't remember when you haven't played for several days.

STASIS: BONE TOTEM is an overrated game that doesn't deserve its current rating. Only buy on sale and if you can endure many hours of increasing boredom. Will this game never end?! I asked many times. Play the previous games instead.

I lost the motivation to play ELEA when I died an hour into the game without even understanding I was doing everything wrong. I actually thought the game was finally taking off the moment I died. This is how abstract ELEA is (in a bad way). And apparently being pregnant makes it impossible to walk in a normal pace, you walk extremely slow. This was an incredibly frustrating experience and I do not intend to finish it.

Don't even think about buying this buggy and unfinished crap on sale.

I love these indie walking simulators in space and Titan Station is not an exception. This one is a good and "simple" sci-fi mystery with an interesting story and beautiful graphics. The acting is mostly good too (some over acting in parts from the main character, but nothing that's distracting). Normally these kind of walking simulators consist of challenging puzzles but the gameplay of Titan Station is straight forward and easy which I really appreciate. It was a relief not having to solve puzzles for once because I hate puzzle solving (I'm a woman so logic is not my strong suit). Titan Station simply delivered an engaging story in space and I loved it! :)

I was expecting a good and interesting take about being stuck in the gray hamster wheel, but got a really tedious and frustrating experience. Not worth the 4,99 € I bought it for. I rarely refund games, but this is a clear refund for me.

(Also disappointing how all achievements are linked to an in-game mobile clicker game that will probably take forever to 100 %.)

The first game, A Building Full of Cats, made me enjoy hidden object games. I liked that one and love this one! A Castle Full of Cats has much more content than the first but they're equally cute and relaxing. I love the art! I hope we'll get to see more of these games! Highly recommended and also nominated for this year's "sit back and relax" award. :)

Also thumbs up for trading cards and (not too many) achievements, but most importantly spreading an important message about adopting cats and how wonderful cats are!

Lissie is the most infuriating character I've ever met in a game. I hated her right away as soon as she opened her whining, condescending mouth. Her mouth also spits out irritating feminist remarks. But that's where we are these days; feminism must infiltrate everything.

If it wasn't for her (or him, she looks like a boy) I would give the game a neutral rating - 5/10. Draugen isn't anything special really. The graphics are descent and the story is okay, but it lacks depth.

I feel pretty conflicted about this game. I found it pretty interesting at the beginning, but as the game progresses it becomes more and more frustrating. Narcosis is a walking simulator with a decent atmosphere and decent underwater settings. I was surprised by myself though that I didn't find the game particularly scary since I tend to get easily scared in (non-horror) games; Narcosis has more of a sci-fi-thriller vibe than a horror one.

What frustrated me about Narcosis is that the game punishes you if you go the wrong way and there's really no time for exploration since you're stressed about constantly replenish your oxygen. And the controls are so slow when it comes to defending yourself from the sea creatures. Expect a lot of black ink ruining your sight. And the story? I really don't know what the conclusion of Narcosis is; maybe I'm slow or maybe I just lost interest.

Nah, go and experience real horror in SOMA instead.

I give Narcosis a frustrated 5/10.

If there was a "neutral/mixed" recommendation I would have chosen that because Life is Strange 2 is not a bad game. What makes me give it a thumbs down is because of its political propaganda and manipulation which is a constant distraction from actually enjoying the game to the fullest. I don't mind politics being discussed in games and movies as long as political issues are discussed objectively and from several perspectives. The developers of Life is Strange 2 are clearly anti Trump liberals. They tell a story about a world where gays, women and colored people are victims by default and white people are the enemy. Marriage is viewed as a trap for women, gay people are being forced to flee from society in order to live their life and white people are privileged racists. I don't know how many times I rolled my eyes to the leftist social commentary, especially in the final episode with the gay couple and when Sean and Daniel reached The Wall. When a political/social subject is being approached, the "correct" dialogue options often consist of answers that reflect politically correct opinions. The more "mean", or should I say, "wrong" dialogue options are of course just things that Trump supporters would say. But sometimes not even "Trump opinions" are available, sometimes all options are virtual signaling.

Okay, let's move on to the actual game and try to forget about the politics. The story about Sean and Daniel is unfortunately pretty weak. I didn't connect with them as much as I had hoped I would and wanted to. They get to meet a lot of different characters, but these characters appear and disappear from the story too fast so we don't relly get to know them that well. My biggest issue with the story is that it didn't convince me. I questioned Sean's motive right from the beginning and how he kept putting himself and his little brother in unnecessary situations (the actor who played Sean also sighs too much as if he shrugs at everything he says which made me go crazy). I don't really remember the music either which has to mean it was pretty bland.

LiS 2 is a good game, but far away from its predecessor which has excellent writing and interesting and sympathetic characters. I don't see myself replaying Sean and Daniel's story actually as I did with Max and Chloe's. LiS 2 has several good engaging moments and writing and the acting is good despite a weaker story (and Sean's constant sighs). And the graphics are beautiful - the lighting is amazing! But honestly, I wish LiS 2 was about Captain Spirit instead. It could have been a great and gripping story about a little boy coping with abuse in his own special way instead of imaginary racism and victimhood.

6/10.
Sean and Daniel suffered because of leftism.
