Majorly disappointing game with every single aspect being extremely shallow save for the combat. Which after many hours of playing becomes shallow due to the lack of enemy // boss diversity or any semblance of difficulty going out the window anywhere after level 45. Writing somehow makes the first games writing seem leagues above it. As long time fan of the first game, this simply feels rushed, and completely misunderstands what made the cult fan base of the first game enjoy it.

Between console and pc I have put well over 400 hours into this game. I can say without a doubt that it is my favorite game of all time. A wonderful dungeon crawler // giant monster fighter. Anyone that enjoys a good rpg with amazing combat should give this game a shot.
