with more than 50 hours In, I can definitively say that Civ 6 has all the bones of a great game, and alot of the play makes sense. That being said, there are definitely some places where the game lacks transparency as to its mechanics (diplomacy), and the usual "era / year / turn" abstraction failure that plagues civilization still exists.

But, at least they have finally directly identified that Ghandi really is all about the nuclear weapons.

This game is piss-poor and deserves none of your money.

I spent most of "16 hours played" troubleshooting graphical resolution and black screen issues. Because I spent so much time troubleshooting, I am not eligible for a refund for an unplayable game. I asked for one anyway, because it was that bad and I had nothing to lose. It was denied by steam support.

I hear that once you can actually get the game to run, client-side hacking is so prevelent that it's not worth playing anyway.
