I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and fun game.The game is not fun without investing hours into it,its fun when played with friends the same skill level as yours but not fun for anyone that isnt the same level of skill.Though the fighthing is very in depth and complex theres alot of fun to be had.
Theres a big choice of characters to choose from and even though they share the same basic attacks when it comes to weapons,every legend has their special set of signature moves and that defy's them from other characters with that same weapon.

Long story short Brawlhalla is a fun game if you're ready to invest some time into it.

Graphics: 7 of 10, Cartoony but detailed
Requirements: 10 of 1, Pretty much anything can run it
Skill Ceiling: Pretty much infinite as they start adding new weapons and mechanics

Legendary Team Game i would recommend it to anyone
