I rate this product 5 stars, when i ordered it it came on time down to the second. i've been using this ever since i bought it and it has treated me very well and i would recommend this to anyone trying to clean their house in a quick and efficient manner. the only thing i don't like about this product is the fact that it cannot change colors and the bluetooth feature is kind of iffy, it sometimes works but sometimes it doesnt and it glitches out and turns on the AC.
