This game is kinda bad...

It's like those 2D souls-likes, but with weird hitboxes and you die in one hit.
i genuinely cant tell how many iframes my dodge gives and enemy attack are just plain terrible to prepare to. the enemy animations are bad, they just get close to you, start attacking and youre dead. So far ive seen 3 types of enemies and 2 of them just run away from you to then dash attack and the other enemy just runs up to you and keeps attacking.

I'd say it's just a skill issue, but even then fighting enemies just feels long and tedious (unless they spawn right in front of you and kill you instantly) and the loop is too boring to be rewarding. (all the enemies have basically the same attack patterns and you can only dash and attack which is not that fun and interesting to grind for exp and gear)
it's a real shame too, because i think the game has a charm! it's visuals and gameplay remind me of those 2d slashers from newgrounds and the intro was really fun to play to. (despite the fact that the game does a full 360, going from a slasher horror to a comedic rogue-lite rpg). hell, i even liked the main game a bit until i got stuck, dying from alligators with terrible hitboxes
P. S. I think the game would've been so much better if: 1. You didn't die in one hit; 2. Enemies had better animations and frames and had actual attacks instead of just charging and oneshotting you; 3. Dodge's iframes were shown to you better and dodge didn't make you slippery; 4. Camera wasn't so zoomed in. You can only see enemy for less than 2 seconds before you're suddenly dead. Maybe it's because of my resolution (1336x768) but c'mon; 5. Just my bias, but I think the games would've worked better as an action slasher, rather than a hardcore souls-like. More enemies, more health, more action but it's not the game we have so whatever.

edit: 1. There's a "freezing" mechanic that slowly chips your health away when you're outside and it's not explained in the game whatsoever. 2.There's a permadeath option that CANNOT be turned off once you turn it on. the only way to do so is to die.

Expected a typical short horror game (a 15 minute long walking sim with jumpscares). Got a pretty solid horror game with puzzles and a couple of chases.
Encountered only 1 bug (getting stuck in a peephole).
Wish it was longer and got into the dog ghosts thing more. And also i didn't really get what happened in the ending.
Hope more and better is to come soon :)

Short and sweet. The drawings look really good. I got stuck a couple of times, but not for too long. There's also a lot of encrypted text both in game and in the achievements descriptions, but i think it might simply be the original Alice in The Wonderland script, but maybe not. Maybe there is more to it, than it seems.

Great horror point-and-click adventure game.
The only things i didn't quite like is the voice acting is weird sometimes and the game is really short. I beat it in 1.5 hours without using any guides and if you know what to do and speedrun it, it takes 5-10 minutes or so.

Megan is deeply depressed. Her life has been going in a downward spiral. There are people that care and try to help her but it can be so hard to see and accept it. Because of the monster in her head. Whispering. Clouding her mind. Trying to weaken and feed on her.
As the monster, make choices on how will you accomplish your task.
3 endings. 15-20 minutes long visual novel. Touches on pretty dark themes, such as miscarriage, grief, abandonment, depression. Tense, dull, crushing.

Two friends - Petal and Bios decide to leave their home.
A neat 15-20 minute experience.
The game essentially plays like a walking sim - move from point A to point B, while inspecting things occasionally.
However the most notable and important part of "tomorrow is my birthday" is the visuals. Just look at the screenshots on the game's page. The backgrounds and intermissions are taken on an old CCD cam. The music adds to the surreal summertime vibe, although pretty short and repetetive, it doesn't overstay it's welcome. Everything screams "nostalgia".
From the negatives: i got stuck and couldn't figure out how to get the 3rd ending, took me almost an hour of replaying the game and a month of breaks. As of writing this review i got it only after stumbling upon a video showing how to get it. So yeah. Skill issue.

Why is this game so freaking good 😭

It's basically One Night At Flumpty's 2 if you had a shotgun instead of a light switch. And a crafting bench. Really love the slow methodical progression through the night. Ngl, i really hate most FNaF fan games for being so drawn out with, like, 7 nights. It just gets really long and boring. The "one night" type fan games, however, do not overstay their welcome, which is great.

So, what do we have:
  • One night that takes around 40 minutes to finish on normal mode;
  • Hard mode and the custom night;
  • Crafting and upgrade system;
  • Neat introduction of new game mechanics every hour;
  • Hand-drawn graphics and amateurish voice acting (very charming)
  • Barney the Dinosaur... (and friends...)

Feedback: Of course, the RNG is present heavily in this game. I died only once during my normal mode playthrough because of RNG (my camera was shut down when i needed it to make the lights in the halls work. Actually, you can still blindly shoot into the darkness but i panicked). Had a ton of powder and batteries but almost none of metal during the same game. It's frustrating but i guess it's bound to happen given the nature of the game (FNaF fan-game, lole).
I didn't know ammo refills at the start of an every hour because i forgot. So, spent a lot of crafting material for nothing. And i only noticed it at 4 am. Maybe this hint should've been added to the manual in the normal mode?
Speaking of crafting materials. Sometimes they spawn really close to the button that closes the camera when you hover the cursor over it. It happened a lot during the first few hours, but i got used to it.
The mag size upgrade seems kind of useless? 2 shells were enough for me on the normal mode. Especially with how fast the reload is. Seems like the stun upgrade (which you really need if you want to beat this game) just makes it redundant. And also there can only be 3 enemies attacking you at the same time.

Overall, ONaB3 is a great game for being a free FNaF clone (which is on Steam, mind you. They had to pay 100 bucks to release it here. Have you seen any other decent f2p FNaF clones on Steam?) and even compared to other games of this niche. You can see the effort IFMGStudios put in their creation and it's honestly admirable. Check it out.

This game's kinda weird. It's your typical farming sim but with some new additions, like skills and some small automatization. Played it for a couple of days and here's some random thoughts and notes:
1. The start is nice, but i get confused at times. The game makes you expect to be taught gameplay mechanics by main story quests you get daily, but you actually have to figure a necessary stuff for the said quests on your own. For example: One of the first main quests requires you to build and put down an info post, needed to learn about what machinery does what, etc. Took me some time to figure it out, but okay. I need the machinery now. How do i craft machinery, again? Let's craft the silk making one, i guess. Oh, i need bricks? How do i get them? I need another machine? Which one? Maybe i'm just slow, but it took me a couple of in-game days to figure it all out. I guess the creator wanted to be original about crafting machines, but i never thought the "shell crusher" to be the important machine that you need to build first. It doesn't help that the crafting menu is categorized in an unusual manner, as in there's an order in the craftable items, but it took me some time to get used to it. Maybe i just need to get accustomed to it, but it was a mixed first impression on my side.
2. You can track villagers on the map, so that the arrow shows the direction they're in, but you can't track buildings.
3. Some quests require you to deposit a certain amount of ingredients, but the only way to see how many you have to deposit is to interact with the things that require them (like an unfinished table). I'd like to have that written in the journal, because i have to write them down in my phone or run back to the unfinished table from one corner of the map to another.
3. I don't understand what i'm supposed to do with farm animals as it wasn't explained or was explained too briefly for me to remember. I have no idea where to check the info on that in-game without googling it either.
4. It's hard to see interactable objects as they're not highlighted in any way and blend together with other things of the same drawing style. I learned that you can read black signs with scribbles ~3 hours in the game. (spent 30 minutes running around and figuring how to donate items to the museum until i noticed a black sign on the wall)
5. A personal bias, but i really wish there was cooking in this game. Your character has no energy to lose and restore, but maybe it could give you small buffs? You can catch fish, collect berries and mushrooms, grow stuff but it's all only for selling, donating, crafting (i don't know if there's anything else to do with them yet). There is cooking. You need either a stove or oven that you can get in the bakery.
6. Another personal thing, the fishing mini-game seems kind of unfair and has been 50/50 for me. If you mess up the first reaction check, there's no fish for you. You can turn the mini-game off in the setting, which is nice, but i like mini-games. I just wish it was a little bit easier. Maybe it's just my bad reaction time or un-upgraded fishing rod.
8. Another silly thing, but i wish there was more option for character customization, like different clothing textures, small cosmetics, something like that to buy.
9. Automatization (fairies) seems really weak, but maybe i'm just too early in the game for a noticeable impact from them.
Overall, it's a game with a lot of effort put in it and it seems the developer has more plans for it. Love the artstyle, music is a very nice touch (i love ACNL OST vibes) and the lack of energy (i hated this mechanic in Stardew). I still gotta play it more as i'm just a couple of hours in, but my first impression is rather positive, alas a bit confused. Check it out if you're into these kinds of games.

I loved it when Mr. Crawling said "It's crawling time" and crawled all over me. Would do this again 10/10
