This guy has mental problems, like you can tell there is something wrong with his mental capabilities and i don't blame him for it, he's has been born this way; if you were unfortunate enough to have him in your team i highly recommend you to abandon the game because it's really sad to spent a modicum of your time with him, i hope he gets medical or psychiatric assistant soon since he's in dire need of it.
