Literally the only con, other than the very occasional random bug/glitch (really few so far for early access), is the sheer amount of time you'll likely sink into this game. Been a long time since I got hooked on a game like this. Years ago, I told myself that I'd never be out there chopping wood and mining for hours. Yet here I am. Even those aspects, repetitive mundane tasks, are somehow enjoyable. 60 hours in and I feel like I've only seen a fraction of the game. Game is difficult in a really good way. If this was just a viking building simulator, it would be worth the $20. Hopping in a boat with a group of friends and exploring, all gravy. Heavily recommended.
