I received the game when it was free as far as I remembered. To be honest, I haven't played the first series yet, but this game tells you a hell of a story. First thing that crossed my mind the first time I saw this game was it's all about a human that has a monster within and he kills all the bad guys. But somehow I feel like I would like to try this game (maybe due to the pandemic and being bored all the time, so why not try a game I haven't tried at all). And I admit, after I finish the game, I didn't regret trying to play this game at all. I know this game came out about 8 years ago, yet I just played it now. But this game is absolutely worth to play, no ♥♥♥♥. The scenes were dramatic and the gameplay were all about actions most of the time. But damn you can feel the romance, the thrill, the intensity, the adrenaline, you name it. Bet you won't regret this game at all.
