The devs did a complete 180 on their original plans for the game - where they once wanted to give a dark and realistic experience, they instead bowed down to censorship and completely watered everything down just to make more money with console players (the game is now HALF!! its original size, not due to optimization of any sort either). The game is still very broken in many ways but instead of addressing core issues, it's now just a money grab.
