Has the exact same addictive qualities as Minecraft, as in I have just one survival-save that I've played for literal years, probably well over 250 hours in this case. Good game to spend days doing nothing but playing it.

I have this game on a load of platforms, most of them having their own cool unique feature, but the Steam one I can play with an actual SNES-pad so it's definitely one of the best ones

It's a classic Katamari-game with a spit-shine so it looks and runs real smooth, solid 10/10

Haven't actually tried the actual game-bit yet, but just getting to make your own Matoran and having fun with that is enough reason to give it a download

I probably would've never come across this game on my own, but a friend got it for me for my birthday and I'm glad he did. It's nothing too big or complex, but the interesting story coupled with solid controls and a cool setting makes it just the kinda game I thoroughly enjoy.

This is probably a good way to experience the game as a first-timer, but personally I'm not big on the things they changed from the 2006 original. Sure, most of the changes are for the better, even if I can't really see much of a difference myself, but a few things have definitely taken a step down. Things that just out-bad any potential good changes. They may just be small things, but it's the small things that make the biggest difference. Like Bosco's new voice. They took out one of the best voices in the original and replaced it with something that can't hold a candle to the original Bosco. I'd say more but I just can't get myself to bother playing anything after finishing chapter 2, it's just not worth it to me. I'd honestly recommend getting the original over this. Episode 4 is even free, might as well give that a shot before buying this.

Apparently they made the originals completely unavailable on Steam, but I'd still recommend just finding it on disc or something instead of getting the remake. It's easy to find cheaper on eBay than this is on Steam anyway.

They may have added the original versions as DLC, but I'd rather just replay it on Wii than bother reinstalling this disappointment on my computer again. I'm keeping the thumbs-down from my terrible first impression of this thing

I'm not even a visual novel kinda guy, I don't like the genre much, but holy heck this game was an amazing experience

I'd say this is worth getting just ty try its amazing controls. They just feel.. good. Don't use the keyboard controls though, those're bad. Everything else about it makes it worth it too, of course, from the great tunes to the mighty King of all Cosmos. But at the end of the day, it's just a joy to play with those controls, especially with a proper Dualshock

Dang shame they took this game off the store. Even as someone who really doesn't know anything about poker, it's great fun.

It may not be a super big game, but it's a good laugh at a low price. And it stays up to date on the newest trends to take the piss on, which is always nice.
