Personal Recommendation: Hell Yes!
This game is absolutely amazing. Yes, there is no real point to it, other than being creative. Personally, survival is only fun with friends. It can get somewhat dull otherwise. This game's only limit is your imagination, if you aren't creative and don't enjoy creative sandbox games, don't get it! My only complaint is how demanding planets are. I'm sure they'll optimize in the near future, but it's absultely insane how demanding it is. I have an i7 4790 and a gtx 960 with 8gb of RAM and I STILL can barely run it at medium settings. Do I recommend this game? Yes. BUT, only to people with good enough computers and how enjoy being creative.
