Wonky controls in some situations, but all around an extremely creative, fascinating, and entertaining story experience. WARNING: there are many loose threads setting up a sequel which didn't get made until 2014, but it's still a very satisfying experience in its own right.

The game is worth its price tag! The lootboxes (Perfect Team card packs) are not. Real life baseball cards you are actually buying a physical collectible you can keep or trade or sell. This is different. This is paying to gamble to win a temporary game. Don't support it!

It's a very fun match-3 game with a surprising amount of depth and delicious Marvel flavor. It's easy enough to play free or just drop a bit of cash here an there, however the monetization is implemented in irritating ways. Support it as you see fit but fight against the ever-present pressure of FOMO.

It is in an Early Access/Open Beta state of feature readiness, but the core gameplay experience is a very satisfying competitive team game with accessible but very interesting mechanics to explore.

As a free game, I ABSOLUTELY recommend folks try it out and see what it's about. See the personality of the game for yourself, and enjoy the solid foundation that's been established for this game. The devs have been not only working steadily on updating and improving the game, but also communicating clearly and responding to community feedback!
