I'd much rather empty my wallet on these cosmetic DLCs than paying EA $1000 for a full game, which they brand as "DLCs"

A game that may be seen as a lil grindy at first. But it has so many customisation options that you can mix and match depending on which monster you're trying to slay.

Now... let's be real, I want to keep wearing that outfit that glows but... I kept getting one hit'd by Behemoth...

Early Access Review
This game is similar to CoD and CSGO, without the toxicity (so far) in online competitive games, mainly due to the fact that most of the game modes do not confer you a competitive rank, besides changes to your K/D, unless you're playing clan ranked games, for which you don't get stuck with randoms trying to derank anyways.

My first impression of this game reminds me of the days playing Alliance of Valiant Arms, similar types of graphics and settings, and game modes even, except the battle mode which is something unique.

The game features skins similar to the CSGO system, though not tradable so mainly just cosmetics to show your skins off, and does not offer any material benefits such as stats unlike the capsule guns in A.V.A. It isn't hard "grinding" for the guns either, you win 10 games per day and you will get about 100 medals, every 2 or so hours gives you $15k which stacks 5 times per week. Daily login reward comes with $15k and on every 7th day you earn 500 Medals. On average if you play 2-3 hours a day and win 10 games, chances are you get to buy 2 new permanent guns every week ($ Shop and Medal shop respectively).

The game also offers DLC Try-before-you-buy system, you get to try new weapons out for 15 days just to get the feel of it before deciding on which weapon you want to buy with your hard grind cash.

This game is still being developed, and for a free to play game, I'd say the pay to win element isn't there (yet), and that the devs do listen to the community and make appropriate changes and steering of this game's direction. Although that's pretty much the same with every other game during its early project life. So about this paragraph here, I've yet to comment anything more than that until in a few more months time when this game matures a little more.

I do hope seeing some larger maps in the future, some of the maps are too small with about 30 odd people getting tightly packed which turns even long-range sniping into CQB sometimes.

10/10 One of the best party games out there.

You can adjust the level of difficulty by adjusting time or modules, hardcore and needy modes make this game even more challenging. The game definitely sucked out enough of my brain juice.

Unfortunately this is not the product I was expecting, thinking snowfall would be some sort of a weather addition to the standard rain, fog, etc. However it is just a couple of maps in permanent winter settings making you feel like you're colonising Alaska, Artic or Antarctica.

The tram system on another hand is something I really enjoy having in my traffic management, though I wish for it to be released to players who bought the Mass Transit DLC as well.

Overall if you're here for the tram, you came to the right place, but only buy it on discount :P

Extremely nice addition to the traffic management of C:S, especially their feature with monorails, blimps and cable cars, helps ease traffic congestions that could be caused by an excessive amount of buses on the road.

I do however only recommend potential customers to buy this when on sale. But if you're like me who wants to show my appreciation to the devs, feel free to buy it at full price.

Only bought this game about 2 or 3 days ago and already 35 hours... I have no life.

Initial Thoughts
Initially I thought this game is akin to most other sandbox simulators, with limited replayability. While to a certain extent it is true, the replayability of this game is heavily increased and the gameplay itself is enhanced with the addition of community contributers who created some pretty amazing mods, which is one of the reason I am now addicted to this game :P

What I like about this game
+ Fancy graphics! Slightly cartoony though :P
+ Heavily animated in many ways, such as character animations, they don't look so robotic especially human-dog interactions :)
+ Strong modding community whether you are after cheaty types of mods or simply gameplay enhancements
+ Really nice strategy game that puts a lot of gamers to test with city planning, or else you might mess your entire game up. But when complimented with mods it may turn this game into a casual gameplay to kill your spare time :)
+ Although lack of tutorial, there's a huge community of players making youtube guides etc and the game itself can be easily picked up after a few hours of play through

The meh
~ AI Pathing are a little meh, most of them only ever takes the shortest routes possible and end up clogging up even my 6 lane roads (I mean IRL you could pick different routes to your destination, but sadly, ain't the case in C:S). With mods it takes a good chunk of traffic into alternative roads and ease the traffic though!
~ Can't play it on the go with my surface pro, but that's not the dev's fault :P So people with wooden laptops, this game might brick your laptop before you can load into a game hehe

The negatives
- DLCs are a tad bit pricey with what the content offers (e.g Snowfall DLC offers new challenges in winter settings, but lack of seasonal effects, feels like I am colonising Antarctica all year round, and trams ain't offered in Mass Transit sadly, so I had to buy them both :( ), though most of us players don't mind and yell "shut up and take my money" anyways.
- Perhaps have an actual tutorial town/scenario for beginners in the future so people like me don't have to keep watching youtube videos or go trial and error and waste x amount of hours straight.

Overall: 8/10, can't wait to throw more money at them when they push out new DLCs :P

I figured out how to generate lots of money and improve on airline interest!

You see, you just need to overcrowd your airport and distract your passengers with cafes, lots of them, so that they will forget about their flight and go Argh! as it departs. You may end up with a small impact of frustration but too little to be concerned since you have thousands of passengers at the airport anyways.

So how exactly does that improve airline interest? Well I guess I ensured they get to depart on time so that they get to charge their no-show customers extra for a separate flight ;)

Edit: After this time they're still putting in a lot of effort and adding more new contents! :)

Score! Another game playable on my Surface Pro 4! Here comes my first impression so far
(First to Steam review this game wooooooot)
The Pros:
- Well... playable on a wooden PC with decent graphics!
- Good balance between realism (Simulation) and entertainment (being a game)
- Easy to pick up after a few runs
- Simple configuration (easy to set up the game)
- Endless gameplay

The Meh:
- Photo-realistic graphics as they claim, tho looks like Google Earth graphics transposed into this game with some part of the airport being 2D, would love to see perhaps addon options to have payware scenaries themed graphics akin to those in FSX.
- Runway/Taxiway lights are not in correct position half the time and the runway itself is not linear/straight, but staggered from certain POV
- Nice voice recognition feature, though doesn't pick up at the speed of a standard air traffic controller's speech
- Although the developers had given sufficient warning that this isn't just an arcade game, the tutorials could still be improved and become more in-depth for those who want to give the other side of aviation a try. Currently only those with some air traffic knowledge/background could pick up this game self-intutively,
- At the moment in accordance with its manual the descriptions of its multiplayer feature is little to none beside how to set a session up, could expand a little more on that i.e gameplay, could also adopt the server list system (akin to FSX Multiplayer) for those who wish to join someone's session to do ATC together, otherwise there's no way of knowing who's out there unless you personally know that other person who owns a copy of this game.
- Read back from AIs are weird, "D" (for Delta) pronounced as D, e, l, t, a sometimes (i.e spelling out the letter)
- Lack of (binocular level) zoom/view point rotate controls

The bad:
- Too few buttons, often rely on typing taxi instructions or speech
- Price tag is so expensive, not including the addons that add real air traffic schedules and liveries which seems to only be purchasable externally on their website, rather than offered in a single place (Aka Steam)
- Certain aircraft's landing gear clipping through the ground O.o

Recommendations:
Overall why did I recommend this game despite all the mehs and bad seem to outnumber the pros? Well, as I mentioned (so did the developers) this game isn't meant to be as simple as just a game akin to airport madness or some other arcade ATC games, but a well balanced game between realistic simulation and entertainment. Despite all its flaws it's still a very good simulation to own a copy.

However with its current price tag, I do not recommend buying the addons unless you really want real air traffic schedules and liveries (Mostly cosmetic), not to mention it's not purchasable via Steam so prepare your daddy's credit card if you're under 18 :)

Tablet gamer presents, another playable game on a tablet!
One of the classic hack and slash games in history that myself have personally grew up with.

The goods:
- Playable on a Surface Pro 4 (Musou/skills graphics and effects are blurred to compensate the resources demand)
- Customisation mode with not only character customisations, but also banners, animal mount/companions, your pawns etc with a wide range of selection to choose from.
- Marriage and kids :D (Though the kids grow up to adult age in just a few game months O.o)
- Be a Cao Cao the dictator, Liu Bei the benevolent, Sima Yi the traitor or Sun Qian the I-never-really-paid-attention-to as a ruler of your lands using any characters of your choice, alternatively play as a massive suck up and get promoted from being a pawn (Lieutenant they say) with the title system. (Let everyone remember who you were for generations to come with the God of War title!)

The meh:
- Replayability... that comes with a catch! (Things get really repetitive over time)
- Chaos mode is quite fun, though not very chaotic for a DW Veteran, otherwise hard and below are simply too easy for me. Though ultimate mode is a challenge, loved it.
- Cutscenes have different lines depending on your character/their voice tones, though cutscenes remain the same
- Local Co-Op (A function since forever ago on consoles, though keyboard controls are awkward)

The bad:
- Where's the death they promised me :( Why do generals flee or receive heavy injuries but can't kill them off unless I capture them, I wouldn't mind slaying Lu Bu a couple of times
- Stages are pretty similar to one another (Maps)
- Limited amount of strategies in the field
- 1 action per turn (I doubt your government only pass 1 act per month, let alone an absolute monarchy system)
- The gameplay mechanic hasn't changed by much since when it first came out
- Thus doesn't seem to worth the price tag unless it's on 50% off, and defs not worth selling separately from the Xtreme Legends edition

Overall the bad seems to outweight the good. I have been loyal to this game since playing DW2 when I was a kid. However it's starting to get to the point that it's no longer worth the bucks for the bang, would definitely hope DW9 is as good as TK advertised on Dec 2016.
