While I kinda like the game, its gacha drops me off, again. bounce off once from JP, having to spark on multiple banners, bounce off twice from Global, sparks for the 'card'. it is all returning to me, the despair.

This is very charming, and enjoyable grinder's heaven. Runs fine with EAC, that has cause problem for me in few games... just not at this price point that goes over most of the recent/upcoming bigger releases.

I am certain to check this out again later with discounts, it is a skip for the time being.

The game itself is fine, for what it is. The only thing to look out at this stage is the technical issue. I can't get the game to run smoothly without disabling EAC, which at the same time kills the online parts of the game. I can run heavier game with EAC just fine, but not with this one.

I would say try it out if you are interested. I will be refunding and wait for patches to smooth things out and possibly discounts.

The censorship on outfits introduced before rating change is a sad thing, but nothing can be done about it. It is a regulation. It is not as bad as some make it out to be and there is tweak for it as well. Please read more into it first before anything else. There is already official info about it in system notice/official social accounts.

With that out of the way, the game itself is casual TPS fun. There are janks in it that can be improved, but the core shooting, skill gameplay is done really well, surprisingly for what it is.

Just a warning, you will likely break your F2P status if you like the character.

The current MTX part of this is mainly for outfits unless you want the operative/weapons early. With the 100% banner, you can plan your pulls accordingly (or spending if you wish to). You can gamble with 50/50 banner if you want as well. Pick your poison.

Overall, It is an enjoyable waifu collecting game with a serious side of rank climbing that dives into numbers.

It is EDF6 alright just not at this price point. I am expecting higher price compare to EDF5, but not this 3x higher just for the game only. It is at the point of big AAA title. So I am going to judge it at this price.

The PC port is very lacking, setting is very limited. This is one of those game that is coming to PC, but take next to no advantage of the platform. If you are going for this price, I am expecting more. It barely meets the minimum for PC game.

Oh, and the game use EOS alright. I have no problem with it, but they should be clear from the beginning since it is one of the main concerns for many players. You have to be logged-in with Epic Account in order to play Online.

update: even after few updates, the stability is still not in a good state. random drops from missions without any notice or anything related to online functions are still super frustrating to engage with. at this point, I kinda don't want to play this anymore. losing progress is not fun.

Game is good. Stability is in questionable state. Server is on life-support.

This is a week after launch...

The game itself is fine for what it is trying to be. I feel like I would be putting many hours into this for the customization alone. However, its PC port is in a poor state. It seems like there is no or minimal efforts put into it to make it suitable for PC experience. KB+M support is extremely poor. The range of options are limited. It is in a playable state, but It is not PC friendly at all.

For the asking price, I am expecting more in term of quality port. Sadly, it is not here.

The game is fun, many viable builds. Needs more variation in environments though, it gets monotone after a while. But tbh ... what really push me to get this 'now' is the removal of MTX. Hope it stays this course.

it's enjoyable even with the micro-stutter (can't even make it go away with different settings on 4070ti), but the crashes are killing it for me. 3 crashes within a little more than 1 hour is not a good sign. I don't think I will be holding onto this for a patch or patches.

FYI, This is not a new release but a Steam release after EGS, so I am not expecting a patch to fix these problem. It should have been fixed long before this release, but sadly this is not it.

I am kind of not recommending this at full day-1 price. It is one of those fun, but not going to "wow" you or anything game. However, it failed to capture my attention somehow.

While I find the actual gameplay ok-ish, it can't keep my immersion strong enough to continue playing it. From the get-go, you can see this as those slow burn game. Things will ramp up as you progress after spending hours on it "if" you keep going at it... it lacks the factor to keep you interested during the early hours apart from its actual gameplay.

If you can look past everything else by just focusing on the actual gameplay, maybe you can find fun in it. But at this price? I don't think it is worth just for that alone.
