An amazing game and an even better remake. This many years later and it's still truly impactful on the player in many different ways. Whilst this'll never feel as good playing on an old CRT with scanlines and a low-res display on Gamecube like originally intended, this port still carries the horror of the Spencer Mansion without fail. An all time classic and a genuine 10 in my mind. If you haven't had a chance to go through this survival horror experience, you need to give it a chance. Don't let this masterpiece slip you by.

Ridiculous we have to pay for what is essentially an in-game reward. If the fact that not only the game is simplified and shorter than its original, the idea that these are the only available costumes besides the S.T.A.R.S. outfit for Jill is ridiculous.

The irony that the downfall of RC was caused by human greed, whilst Capcom is here charging money for what are essentially in-game unlockables.

It's the same good old Disgaea we all know and love. If you're not grinding, you're doing it wrong. I wish this was Disgaea 1 Complete considering even mobile has that now but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy having the old UI on and the classic sprites.

I'm incredibly bias about the X series. It's one of my favourites of all time if not, my favourite. This game contains X5-8 and whilst I can't fully recommend a completionist playthrough like what i did, I thoroughly enjoyed doing so. I'd buy this for X8 alone. It's that good. It's unfortunate that the X collection is split into two games. I'm sure a lot of people aren't going to buy this just because X5-7. They're not perfect, X6-7 are far from it but, I enjoyed my time with them.

TLDR, I love X8, X5-7 are riddled with silly decisions but, still good in my eyes.
