A Plague Tale: Innocence is a game set in medieval France that follows the story of siblings Amicia and Hugo as they try to survive in a world plagued by the Black Death and pursued by the Inquisition. The game features stunning visuals and sound design, with a mix of stealth, puzzle-solving, and combat gameplay that blends seamlessly. The heart of the game is the relationship between the siblings, with a powerful and emotional story dealing with themes of loss, love, and sacrifice. Overall, it is an exceptional game that I highly recommend

Dark Souls 3 is, without a doubt, the best game ever made. It's not for the faint of heart, but the sense of satisfaction you get from finally "Git Gud" is unbeatable. It requires a certain level of determination, perseverance, and maybe even a little bit of grit to truly enjoy. The technical quality of this game is top-notch, with tight hit boxes, precise i-frame timings, and a risk-reward system for parry and reposte that is perfectly balanced. It took me until the Nameless King boss (close to the end of the game) to fully understand the lock on mechanic, but once I got the hang of it, it was a game changer.

One of my personal favorite aspects of Dark Souls 3 was the abundance of unique and powerful weapons to choose from. The Dragonslayer Greataxe, in particular, was a joy to wield. It was a beast to swing, but oh so satisfying when I finally took down a tough enemy with it.

And let's not forget about those mimic chests. Talk about a cruel trick. Just when you think you've found a nice, safe bonfire to rest at, BAM, you're being attack by a chest with teeth. But the true shining stars of this game are the bonfires. Oh, the sweet, sweet relief of finally seeing a bonfire after a long and grueling battle. It's like a warm hug from your favorite, non-mimic chest.

As someone who was learning to use a controller for the first time while playing this game, I can attest to the fact that it was a challenge. But with a little bit of practice and a lot of determination, I was able to overcome it and truly enjoy all that Dark Souls 3 had to offer.

In conclusion, Dark Souls 3 is a difficult, but ultimately rewarding game that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenge. It's worth every single death and I give it a solid 10/10, because let's be real, dying just wouldn't be as fun without it.

Doom is an exceptional survival horror game where you are the hunter instead of the hunted, facing demonic enemies in fast-paced combat with no hand-holding. The game's soundtrack, composed by Mick Gordon, is impressive and adds to the chaos and mayhem of the game. It's a must-play for fans of action-packed games.

The Cat Lady is an incredible game that truly stands out in the horror genre. The story of Susan Ashworth is one that is both deeply disturbing and emotionally resonant, and the way it tackles themes of depression and loneliness is both powerful and nuanced.

The gameplay is simple yet effective, with a focus on exploration and puzzle-solving. The atmosphere of the game is truly haunting, with a unique art style and a soundtrack that perfectly sets the mood. The voice acting is top-notch, and the characters, both good and evil, are fully fleshed out and believable.

But what truly sets The Cat Lady apart is its narrative. The journey that Susan goes on is one that is both intense and personal, and the way the game tackles its themes is both brave and moving. The ending, while bittersweet, is ultimately satisfying and leaves a lasting impression.

In short, The Cat Lady is a game that should not be missed. Its deep and thought-provoking story, combined with its dark and disturbing themes, make it a unique and powerful experience. If you're a fan of psychological horror and deep, meaningful storytelling, then this is a must-play.

9/10. Great game. No need to open doors - they will open when they are supposed to. A little slow to begin with. Quirky, funny, scary.
