This is amazing.

Google have done a great job with the controls, they're very intuitive.

First stop was exploring my childhood home and areas I used to hang around, then a tour of various cities at human scale. I'll be using this as a go-to for anyone who wants to try the vive.

A short, but well put together VR experience. I actually laughed out loud at points. definitely worth a try.

This game very much reminds me of Frontier: Elite II (on steroids, with a bit of mescaline mixed in for good measure.) I loved that game, and so far, I really like No Man's Sky.

It took around an hour to find my feet. You are pretty much dropped into the game with little instruction, and at first, a confusing UI. There does appear to be some form of guidence, and a possible arc to find the galactic center, but i've ignored all that and chosen to explore on my own path instead.

Technically, the game runs flawlessly on my system with everything maxed, but I'm running it on a 1080 GTX, so it would be worrying if that wasn't the case.

If you like a wide open sandbox, with plenty of scope for imagantive play and have a love of Sci-Fi, I think you'll like this game.

I'm using this device over 5GHZ wifi and it works fantasticlly well.

I've tested it with many games from my library, and there is no noticible latency, even with twitch games that require fast responses and fine control.

I've been using the device with a wired xbox PC controller and it's great to sit back on the setee and play all the 2d games I've bought over the years, on a big screen.

My childhood condensed into a pixelated, midi saturated cornucopia of goodness.
