Zootopia is a movie about about a racist police officer who prides herself on using ticket quotas to boost city income and advance her own career, conspires with organized crime bosses, threatens suspects with physical torture and death in order to extract information, slanders racial minorities as primitive, savage, and prone to crime, incites hate crimes, and insists that she's above the law, all in order to earn the confidence of her police chief. This is everything wrong with policing in America, and yet she still comes out as the hero kids are supposed to look up to.
