Pretty good, clearly in early access. Combat is too simple, seems that massing swordmen is just best. Managing different areas is really clumsy, new areas should extend your colony, not create a new one.not much to play after ~5 game years, you pretty much have everything and are maxed in army. Getting enough points for conquering new areas almost as annoying as getting Casus Belli in CK2. Still better than most AAA games.

servers not working, useless devs. ffs.

nice to add this 100% always working forced internet connection cloud drm that noone wanted or asked that does not work and prevents all playing even with full party as match making servers are down... who would have thought.....

Absolutely trash matchmaking, no idea how they launched it in so bad condition. No team balance: level 1 and level 100 team against each other? Sure! Average wait time: infinite - as the lobbies won't fill, and on average you need to leave lobby and make a new ~15 times. Otherwise ok game. Wouldn't pay normal AAA price 60€, 30€ is fine, as long as the game develops itself.

After 19 more hours and 1 week(?) of waiting, matchmaking still sucks.
