The Federal Gangstalking apparatus and their “Disruption” Campaigns are designed to destroy lives and create crime. They choose “targets,” from vulnerable populations, isolated individuals, or those they believe will be most susceptible to their operations. These operations are waged covertly by Federal Agents and their “partners,” whereby an individual or group are harassed and tortured to insanity, destitution, incarceration, and even death. A target of the covert terror ops is left to a covert torture apparatus (for years at a time) with nothing which can be done to improve their situation. Once a target “breaks,” resorting to crime, violence, or otherwise, those behind the Federal Gangstalking campaigns can publicly take credit with the media for having “stopped” a crime while being the ones to induce it. This swells the “demand” for their existence. It’s a cycle of their own creation - targets are the unfortunate pawns in their sinister game.
