KOÇ TAŞŞAĞI NASIL PİŞİRİLİR?
Koç taşşağını temizledikten sonra kurulayın ve ince halkalar halinde dilimleyin. Zeytinyağı ve çeşitli baharatlarla marine edin ve bir gece bu şekilde bekletin. Ertesi gün teflon tavada kızartabilirsiniz.

DAŞŞAK KEBABI ise; Zeytinyağı, kekik ilave edilen doğranmış biber, domates, kuru soğan, sarımsak ve küp şeklinde doğranmış koç taşşağı güveç kabına koyulur. Güveç kabının ağzı alüminyum folyo ile sarılarak fırına ya da kısık ateşte ocağa koyularak pişirilir.

Koç taşşağını küp şeklinde doğradıktan sonra tereyağında da soteleyerek pişirebilirsiniz.
