MetaComm Network, LLC is an online social and gaming community. MetaComm Network was established as a local dial-up BBS back in June of 1994 with support for 2 physical phone lines each connected to a USRobotics 14.400 bps modem. The following July, 1995, MetaComm Network expanded and upgraded it's network to support a total of 20 physical phone lines each sporting a high-speed external Practical Peripherals 57.600 bps modem.

As the Internet was becoming more mature and the need for dial-up connectivity began to decline, MetaComm Network expanded it's network and went global with the support of Telnet and other online connectivity solutions.
