This game very clearly tells you what it is, and solidly delivers a very enjoyable experience. At its core, it is a tactical FPS game about robbing banks, but it has other mission types as well. You are part of a team of 4 players who have to work in concert to pull off different heists. Each player can build their character with a variety of perks and classes, each specialized to improve one aspect of the abilities used in game. You can go in guns blazing and face wave after wave of AI cops while you pull off jobs, but the real magic of the game manifests in the ability to perform the same jobs stealthily. By carefully working in coordination with your team, you can pull off most of the jobs without ever firing a single shot. This option takes much more careful cooperation with your team, and as such almost requires you to be playing with friends. While I love this game, and it does many things right, there are some things it could do better.

Pros:
-Solid FPS
-Team based
-Variety of skills and perks
-Huge amount of heists and jobs
-Strong server capacity
-Outrageous amount of weapons, weapon mods, and masks
-Different gameplay than most shooters offers
-Going in "quiet" for stealth missions

Cons:
-Lacks a good tutorial. It shows you the bare bones and then throws you into the game. (That may not bother some people, but in a team based game, being thrown in without any idea of what you're doing is not ideal.)
-Certain controls feel clunky
-There doesn't seem to be a way to cycle through the choice of actions that are stacked on top of each other
-The heists can take quite some time, especially when doing multiple day jobs. The longest I've spent on one so far was 1.5 hours, but I'm sure there are longer, just as some missions take as little as 5 minutes. (This may not be a con for everyone. I've listed it under cons because it causes this to be a game that is difficult to play if you have a set amount of available time, as leaving the game before the end causes you to gain no rewards.)

I remember buying this game on the steam black friday sales to give it a try. And i love it. This is a really good coop game. Thats right, the graphics and how the game is made, puts you to a situation similar to real life, giving you a really good experience when playing.
