Gameplay is good so far.

PSA currently the game has performance issues and Capcom has acknowledged it; but whether they can fix it soon or not will remain to be seen.

MTX exists and it shouldn’t be in the game but I ignored it and had fun playing the game. Keep in mind all of the DLC except one amulet is obtainable in the game so it’s no issue for me.

The game itself is really good, story is alright, combat is super fun, there are some mechanics that feels old or very weird like no new game, only one save file, and reloading a save reduces your max HP.. why? I may be unfamiliar with JRPGs but coming from Witcher 3 and BG3 some of these features baffles me although not to the point I’m not enjoying the game.

If you have a mid-range pc I’d suggest wait until Capcom improved the performance or buy it on discount.

Sony has forced all PC players to register for PSN account, I would normally say this is not a big deal but currently PSN is not available in some countries therefore the people who bought the game in those countries will have to use a VPN in order to create the account and risk themselves getting a ban from Sony.

In general it is really good, although there are some rough edges in some part of the game. You'd notice some combat encounters are designed with RTwP in mind therefore trying to use turn based for these specific encounters will just give you bad experiences.

All in all, I don't really have any complaints for the game and it meets my expectations. I wish there's more.

Great game, great soundtrack.

This game is probably one of the best game that I've ever played in my life. It's up there with Witcher 3 and Disco Elysium.

Hands down the best game I've played in my entire 18 years of lifetime.
