As someone who last played F1 2015, I find F1 24 to be a worthwhile purchase. I'm using a Joystick Gamesir Nova Lite, and everything the game has to offer is enjoyable. The tutorials are comprehensive enough to get you used to it quickly (if you usually play nfs, or grid, or any other arcade racing out there)

The game is a balance between arcade and simulation. It takes some patience to fine-tune the controls to your liking. You'll see mad people complaints about car handling, especially in the rain. However, with various assists and difficulty settings available, you can mix the assist to your preferences. There's no need to force yourself to play in cockpit view, use TC medium, or turn off the racing line—adjust it all based on what you find most comfortable.

If you notice people recommending F1 23 over F1 24, they might be right, given that F1 24 is essentially the same game (at least from the looks).
Most negative reviews I've seen come from mad people who find the game unrealistic, whether in the normal dry, or in the rain. I suspect these reviews are from players using a full racing wheel and rig setup, perhaps overlooking that this game leans more towards arcade/slightly simcade, (ForzaHorizon4/5?)

people just crash into you when you outclass them, this is the reason why the lobbies are empty sometimes, annoying but no different to real life. It seems people just don't like losing..
A good player(more like adult) would understand you win some, and also you lose in game, or in real life.
Nevertheless, I hope you have a good time playing the single player stuff, it’s an unfortunate compromise but still fun nonetheless

I wrote this review on 6Feb2025, and the discount will end on 11Feb2025. this probably will be the last discount ever before F! 25 release, so you better check it out, only if you are casual player and don't complain that much.
I do understand the hate of EA, make a decision to buy cosmetics using real money, and some of the moment, the game crash. But still, if you love racing, you'll love it.

So simple, the unique look and story.
People saw the graffiti/anime effects and immediately review the game is bad, worse or anything you can see in mixed section. I understand the driving style is not that good, same as nfs heat, weird turning.
Oh and the story is cringe, right? But every nfs story after 2015 is cringe IMO.
I believe Heat is really that good after nfs payback with gacha system, and when unbound appear, it's just not what most people expect.


with that being said, Unbound isn't bad. It has the same issues as nfs heat (weird turning), It's really just a different vibe compared to Heat
I choose heat if I want to enjoy the graphic scenery and driving, and I'll choose unbound for unique artstyle of the game.

I only buy this because of John Cena's cover and his showcase.
As much as I am a big fan of John Cena, it doesn’t matter that the game is not the same since the last update (version 12476794, released on October 20, 2023).
Additionally, let’s not forget how problematic the save game feature can be, with occasional corruption that forces players to start over.

I don't understand what's the selling point of this game.
just give me back my money. 95% discount huh? this makes people understand why this game is so cheap.
I'll say this is the weirdest driving physics model I've ever played, same as nfs 2015, payback.

one of the best racing game I've ever played even this is already 2022.
the graphics is still outstanding. for casual racer like me this is fantastic game.
just don't expect this game to be a sim racing, it's slightly sim-cade game.

fantastic gameplay, drift around the corner with super cars.
used to be play the old version of NFS:HP 2010, but there's no cloud save in it and all my progress is gone. so decided to play again in this version.
kind of stup*d for milking this game with "remastered" title, but yeah still love it.

you might see your co-op friend attacking no-one, but that doesn't make the game lagging. the damage is still working to deal with enemy

so happy I can play with my friend who live far away from me
