Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 tbsp milk (optional)
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp butter or oil
Fillings (cheese, ham, veggies, herbs, etc.)
Instructions:
Prepare Eggs: Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat until combined.
Heat Pan: Melt butter or heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook Eggs: Pour eggs into the pan. Let sit for 20-30 seconds. Stir gently, pushing edges to center.
Add Fillings: Once mostly set but still runny on top, add fillings to one half.
Fold & Finish: Fold omelette in half over fillings. Cook 1-2 more minutes until fully set.
Serve: Slide onto a plate, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
