Recente recensies door Panginoong may Lupa

Pls help. Everytime i open steam and run the game and play a normal match it keep saying unable to ping... and i tried refreshing and nothing happen..... what I usualy do is close the game and go on the folder and dota2 then bin then win32 and start the game manualy......
