A player driven MMO made by a billion dollar company. So far so good, it's the only game I want to play right now and has been since the 1st of Sept.

Looks great, it's an early release but still ... Looks great! Buys game and jumps straight in. However, on launching the game my fonts get messed up. Googles the solution, oh disable an audio driver, did it, works fine. Have to do that whenever I load the game from now on. Finally get into the game, time for the tutorial, what the hell.... Absolutely misleading, confusing and completely broken. Nothing makes sense at all, and I get killed by a boar. Decides to skip buggy tutorial and go into the main world.

Joins main world with friend. Friend is on the opposite side of the map, np! Starts running towards each other. 30 minutes later, we have moved a fraction. Wow the world is huge which is great! Another 30 minutes later, get chased by another boar and dies.... I no longer like boars. ReSpawns further away and loses everything! Laughs, friend decides to stay where he is and I'll meet him.

Spends the next 3 hours walking to my friend and drowning myself in attempts of spawning closer to him. Finally get to him at last!

Time to make a camp, awesome! 1 hour later, beds put down, ground flattened and a nice stack of freshly cut logs and a chest full of fish. Attempts to put house down, error, all tiles must be flattened. Apparently the tiles around the house have to be flattened too, so fair enough...Let's flatten that too! Litterally 6 shovels later, friend gets bitten by a snake and dies before he could place the house and set his spawn point. Friend spawns on the other side of the map.

We bought this game to build a kingdom with eachother! Instead we spent 90% of our time running across a map full of hungry boars and when we finally got to each other 1 of us gets bit my a snake and dies. Life is Feudal.

Game is not worth the money and the terraforming system is incredibly tedious and so much so that it is simply just not fun. As for free building, there is nothing more insulting that working your ass off to flatten a piece of ground just to place 1 of the very common generic prebuilt structures that looks exactly like everyone elses. Wurm Online is bloody awful but atleast with that game you can create your own structures!

I've been playing for almost 2 years. The game is highly addictive and recieves regular updates. I highly recommend playing this game as I've had countless hours of fun!
